Today I am sharing with you this basic breathing exercise. It's so simple that you can perform it any time of day and anywhere, on your couch in the sun, at work, on the toilet, or while cooking. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. As I have already indicated, you can learn to breathe much more intensely and deeply. With the right guidance, this will make one of the biggest differences in your life, as it did for me. I give guidance to breathing techniques that provide increased oxygen levels. Studies show that they affect our immune and nervous systems. They inhibit inflammation, specifically in autoimmune diseases like psoriasis and in musculoskeletal disorders such as arthritis and rheumatism. The techniques appear to induce optimism through serotonin, and improve sleep, depressive symptoms and mindfulness. Source references available upon request.
